We currently have the following vacancies:

1. Customer Service Agent (Town Area) – closed:

Responsibilities:

a)      Responsible for customers liaisons and handles customers enquiry timely

b)      Monitor shipment status and liaisons with warehouse/shipment section to ensure orders are timely shipped/posted to customers

c)      Assisting in necessary follow-ups for customers issues.

d)      Data entry and Administrative duties

Requirements:

a)      Minimum O level with 2 years working experience

b)      Pleasant personalities with a positive work attitude

c)      Good communication skills with good email etiquette

d)      Can do weekly rotating shift work 8.30am to 4.30pm or 3.30pm to 11.30pm

e)      PC literate and good knowledge of MS Office

f)        Knowledge of E-Commerce and Shopping Cart software is a definite advantage

2. System Analyst, Ecommerce (Town Area) – closed:

Responsibilities:

a)      To interface our E-Commerce applications directly with business partners and social networking sites to improve and streamline overall business processes and information up-keeping.  This should result in a total integrated enterprise solution.

b)      To be a team member, working with cross functional teams in areas of analysis, development, implementation rollout and maintenance support of application systems

c)      To assist in duly exercise of various project controls, like cost, resources allocation, timeline

d)      To review existing system processes for improvements and optimal system performance throughput

Requirements:

a)      Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

b)      At least 4 years of IT working experiences with strong technical experiences in total SDLC and Object-Oriented solution designs

c)      Strong knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle Databases

d)      Strong knowledge of PHP and Java programming with experience interfacing with social networking sites

e)      Good team player and able to communicate effectively

f)        Have a positive work attitude and able to work independently with minimum guidance

g)      Only Singaporean or PRs need apply.
