INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER POLICY
Placing an Order at SoulIntimate.com
Due to our transaction volume and our exposure to international orders (with a higher delinquency rate), we regret that an order placed at SoulIntimate.com does not guarantee that ready stocks will be reserved for you despite being available at the point of placing an order. We will only reserve the stock when your payment has cleared our account (on a first-to-clear basis) and we will send you a separate notification confirming receipt of your payment and informing you that your order is ready for shipment. This generally does not present any problems to genuine buyers who promptly make payment via credit card as we have sufficient stocks in most instances.
In the event that stocks are already depleted after your payment is made (especially for discounted/sale items), we will refund you the funds in the same currency that payment has been made. If you are still interested in the item(s), please see Placing an Order for an Out-Of-Stocks item below.
Placing an order for an Out-Of-Stocks item
Please indicate to our staffs here if you are interested in an out-of-stock item, we will reserve the stock for you for at least 1 working day after contacting you via email on our next shipment arrival (subject to availability of stocks from our suppliers). You will be given priority if you have indicated prior interest, and your transaction will be completed offline manually. This will ensure that your item is reserved solely for you on arrival. Please check with our staffs on our next shipment arrival estimates.
We may request a 40% deposit from you, if we suspect that the transaction may be fraudulent (eg. large order of a single item).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paying by Credit/Debit Card (Paypal account/registration NOT required)
We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (whether debit/credit) via Paypal’s credit card payment gateway. Paypal account is NOT required if you choose this option. We will only charge you on the day we ship. We will only ship to your credit/debit card address.
To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that you have given has the correct shipping address for verification.
Paying by Paypal with a verified Paypal Account
If you have a Paypal account, we accept payment from your Paypal account, which you could fund via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB or even bank transfer. We will only charge you on the day we ship. We will only ship to your Paypal verified address.
To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that you have given has the correct shipping address for verification.
All incoming Internet Protocol (IP) address will be logged to minimize fraudulent transactions. Fraudulent charges will be reported to the authorities.

Bank Wire can take from 3 to 10 working days depending on the originating country and the agent bank that you have engaged. We have no control over when we will receive the funds. To avoid shipping delays, please use your credit card or your Paypal account.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information (International)
For shipments to East/West Malaysia, we will only ship via Singapore Post Registered Article for shipments under USD300. Shipment cost is SGD4 per item capped at a maximum of SGD9 per shipment.
For all other international shipments out of Singapore, we will only ship via Singapore Post Registered Article for shipments under USD100 and via Speedpost (similar to EMS) for orders above USD100. Shipment cost is SGD10 per item (approx. USD7 per item) and capped at a maximum of SGD35 (approx. USD24 max. per shipment).
We generally will post your order within 1-2 working days after payment has cleared but please allow us up to 5 working days to post your orders as our volume do fluctuates. We will inform you once the order has been shipped, together with the tracking information.

We will NOT be responsible for any lost shipment or delay during delivery such as customs postage checking once we have posted the shipment.
We regret that we do not ship to Italy, Turkey, Estonia, Armenia, Austria, Luxembourg and Croatia due to numerous customs and postal issues.
We will mark the items as gift when we ship the items to you. We will not be responsible for any tax incurred at your end.
Optional Insurance
Based on our experience, our local Singpost/Speedpost has an estimated parcel lost rate of 1 in every 600 international shipments before the parcel leaves Singapore for the destination country. In the event that the parcel is lost locally by Singpost/Speedpost and you have opted for insurance, we can assist you in doing a claim. Contact us separately if you required insurance arrangement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We do not allow returns and exchanges
We regret to inform you that due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our Lingerie. We will always do a complete check for defects before shipping our items. Please check and confirm your sizes before placing an order. If you believe that the goods supplied to you are defective, please contact us and we will contact you to discuss on the most appropriate resolution.
The following terms and conditions will apply in the event that a return is deemed the most appropriate resolution:
a) All returns must be in the original packaging with tags intact within 3 working days upon receipt of the item.
b) The item(s) STRICTLY must not show signs of being worn or washed. We reserve the right to accept the returns only upon examining the item(s).
c) In the event the same item is no longer available, you may choose to exchange or another item of equal or higher value and top up the difference.
d) Only one return per item is allowed.
e) All postage charges shall be borne by you in the event that there is a return.
